Over the past few weeks, my computer performance has gotten extremely slow and constant crashes of Internet Explorer and slow loading of Microsoft Office and its respective programs.  I have Norton Anti Virus installed and have run the most recent Ad-aware programs.  I have auto update and believe I am "up to date".  Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this and how do i go about resolving this crash and crawl situation?  thanks
