I know that this gives plenty of errors and I have not tried this lately.

But it seems that using Zulu time which use the Americans for what is called by Europeans Greenwich time and which is official called UTC time can solve your problem

Try to find something yourself on Internet about DateTime and Zulu time.

Be aware that this part has in XML given many errors so be carefull to use what you find.
