I have been developing NETMF code for the Netduino using VS Pro 2010 my IBM X60 in a docking station.  When I remove the laptop from the docking station (which contains the optical drive from which VS PRo 2010 was installed)  the debugger will not connect to my hardware.  There are no error messages.  The Output screen says Rebooting... but, even after hitting the Netduino reset button, will not attach.  I need to be able to debug at a remote site without the docking station.  I have tried various powered USB hubs to no avail.
