This seems to return the right results on all Items. However when I then use the results to return a value in another field not all of the results show.

The problem has arisen when I have modified the first formula to include IF([Project Phase]="Deliver",[Next Gate Override]. Prior to this everything was working fine.

I've figured this it, turns out i just needed to be "" marks round the numbers being returned in the first formula
