This is becoming very frustrating as I cannot work out if this is a browser issue or something do with SharePoint and IIS. Just to confirm that some machines running IE11 have this problem and some do not. I have gone through the internet explorer options with a fine tooth comb and compared the settings between the working browser and the non-working browser and cannot find any differences.
