网站所有者组中的用户应该能够在SharePoint Designer中打开网站.

请通过将鼠标悬停在左下角的图标上来验证您使用哪个帐户在SharePoint Designer中打开网站:

我建议使用DOMAIN \ USER1访问您的SharePoint网站，然后转到"Internet选项">安全>自定义级别>选择提示输入用户名和密码.

然后在SharePoint Designer中打开网站，将提示您输入用户名和密码，然后键入DOMAIN \ USER1及其密码以查看会发生什么.

Hi all,

Here is the scenario:

1. Logged into my PC as DOMAIN\USER1.  This user is in the Owners group for my SharePoint site

2. Open the SharePoint site in IE and login as DOMAIN\ADMIN1 (this account is an SCA for the site)

3. From menu select Open site in SharePoint Designer.

4. Starts to open site and then I get "You do not have permission to open this website in SharePoint Designer"

If I remove my DOMAIN\USER1 account from the Owners group works fine and I don't get the error.

So it looks like that although I'm logging into the site using an SCA account, it's still trying to validate my DOMAIN\USER1 account as having rights since that's the account I used to login to my PC.  But only if I'm a member of the Owners group.  Really odd.  I have no idea what's going on or the resolution at this point. 

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Users in site owners group should be able to open site in SharePoint Designer.

Please verify which account did you use to open the site in SharePoint Designer by hanging over the mouse to the icon at the lower left corner:

I recommend access your SharePoint site with DOMAIN\USER1 and then go to in Internet Options > Security > Custom level > select Prompt for user name and password.

Then open the site in SharePoint Designer, you will get prompt for user name and password, then type DOMAIN\USER1 and its password to see what happens.
