Hi Folks,
I am fairly new to SharePoint, using SharePoint 2010 Workflow. I have created one Content Type "Expiry Date" that has two columns Expiry Date and Title and this content type also has globally published workflow associated with it that check the Expiry
date and generates email if the item reached to its expiry (till here every thing is nice and easy).
I use this content type in one of the sub-sites custom list named "Project" that has few more columns (like Project Name, Business Unit etc.) along with the expiry date. In my workflow under "Field from Source", I can only access the values
of Content Type (Title & Expiry Date) and bunch of other fields (that of no use to me in this context).
Problem# 01:
In my email notification, I want to capture other fields from Project list. For some reasons, I am unable to see these fields.
Problem# 02:
Current item:Status field is not available either in order for me to check the status of the workflow in my logic.
Could anyone help me to find the solution for this problem(s)?
