1)我们应添加  newform列表中的链接按钮?
2)点击一次在此链接上，应重复添加表单中的几个字段(例如，在新表单中有field1，field2，field3，一旦单击链接按钮，则应在保存操作之前再次添加这些字段)

Hi All,

I have below clarifications!

1) Shall we add  a link button in the list newform?
2) Once click  on this link few fields in the form should be added repeatedly (for eg., we have field1, field2, field3 in the newform, Once we click the link button these fields should be added again in before save action)

Shall we achieve through OOB form? Let me if you need any more information.

• Though You can add the button to the OOB form by opening it in the SharePoint Designer, it would be better to create a new form using designer and customize it as explained here
