I am receiving continuous messages from Azure saying that our subscription payment is past due but I've confirmed that the credit card on file is correct and there is no outstanding overdue balance. When I log into Azure account I can see the message "Payment is past due. There is a problem with your payment method" but the credit card details are correct.
