And there are two connection string with different database name.
when they loggin Indian Individual should connect One connectinstring
And german person should be able to connect to another. the connectionstring should not be allowed of one to another.

This might not be the correct solution.But I guess you can get the IP address of the system thats accessing your application and then based on the country, use the connection string dynamically.
