When the timer is running, the first mouse click is lost.  Scenario, program has two buttons.  One just alternates its background color on click.  Button two alternates its color, sets a timer and exits.  But if a mouse click is made while the timer is on, at box one or anywhere in the form, we just notice a slight change to the border of button two.  how can we raise an event or something in box two code to overcome this?
