 My query is how to upgrade an existing web app azure service plan standard to premium. Because when I'm trying to do create a clone of my web app it shows that message "Clone app is a feature that is only available to apps hosted on Premium App Service Plans. You can upgrade your App Service Plan to get access to this feature." So, I would like to change the Azure service plan but the premium tier is in read-only mode.

Please help me out how it can be achieved? without adding another resource group. Please do needful at earliest.
