I've been developing a LS web app with the database running locally. I now want to deploy it to an external web host (Winhost). From what I read, the pubishing wizard will not be able to create a database for me.

How can I transfer the tables from my local database to the external database (that I've now attached in LS)? Or is there another way I should do this?
