When you need to learn something from microsoft technology, i suggest you to go for MSDN first. MSDN have official documentations for each and every features of what you need. you only need to look into other sites when you have some problem related to your project or any other bug. MSDN have really good examples on each topics. What you are asking is all beginner topics.

You can also refer Wikipedia for understanding of general concepts like semaphore, dot net versions, or any other if you have,

I also suggest you to read one or two books that are available online. preparation for interview is not like preparing for some bunch of questions. you never know what question may be there in the interview.
