I have a gameserver and i want players to be able to open their own web browser while triggering the action from an ingame button. I tried to do it myself but i only made the browser open on my server machine. (answer me even if client side edit is needed)

I am really surprised that you asked such a question because if you were able to write your game client and game server then you should be competent enough to do the job. This task has nothing to do with your game server. You put a button into your game client and when the player presses that button you launch a browser on his machine with whatever link.
