In security I set uac to on in this computer but every time I shut it off on turn it on later as soon as it is all loade a message comes on screen saying shut down in less than 1 minute. It then restarts but uac is set to off in security section of control panel. Can anyone help or explain this? I am running Vista 64 bit home premium.
