我可以使用ie7打开一个网站，但是当我使用vs2008创建一个简单的新网站时，不能使用它打开我的本地网站.
IE显示res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm，然后显示错误消息，就像网络处于脱机状态一样.

I can use ie7 to open a website, but I cannot use it to open my local website when I am using vs2008 to create  a simple new website.
IE shows res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm, and then show the error message like the network is offline.
