Recently I noticed an issue with following error/message in "Activity Log", 

健康事件已解决

Health Event InProgress

由于这个原因,在此期间,所有正在运行的软件都已被杀死.

Due to this, all running software have been killed during this time period.

为避免这种情况,我们可以采取任何措施-我希望所有这些软件都能在没有预期的情况下运行.

Anything we can do to avoid this - I'd like have all those software running without expectation.

In the portal, select your VM and scroll down to the "Resource Health" tab

See if there is any information around the event that cause the alert.

As per keeping the VM available, if you are running a single VM there are times where the platform may have an issues. To avoid that, you would want to be running your VMs in a high availability configuration.
