I'm trying to create a Vernier scale that is fixed over a 360 degree opening.  I've done the calculations and found that I need 0.323" between every 1 degree.  Is there a common application (Word, Visio, PowerPoint) that would allow me to specify the spacing and create this scale?  I'm stumped.
