Im generating msi in both Debug mode and Release Mode.Debug mode works perfectly fine.But Release mode msi,doesnot work at all.

That's a bit odd indeed. What are you building the MSI with?

I would open you project files for the code and msi in notepad and compare the release and debug configurations to see what is different. If it's a large project, split the configurations into two files and use something like Beyond Compare to compare the two to make sure you don't miss anything.
