I would like to know if there is a system table in Azure SQL Database that holds Database Full, Differential or Transaction log backups information. I am not aware if any system table in Azure SQL Database that holds this information.If it is available then please point me to it.

Hello,
There is no DMV to view/list the backups that have been created. Since automated backups are managed by the service, we cannot see that information using DMVs.
The following PowerShell gives you the earliest restore point:
Get-AzureRmSqlDatabaseRestorePoints -ResourceGroupName "resname" `
-ServerName "yourservername" -DatabaseName "yourDBName"
To see more restore options, please go to Restore on the portal.
