For mon application which connect to a modem by the serial port,I have a RichtextBox which display data sent/received with a counter in millisecond,Iam using a timer.

In start of my application the timer work normally, but after some minutes it become very slow,so I obtain a wrong data of trame duration. I tried to put the timer.interval to 1 but no improvement.

Iam asking if there is a way to refresh the timer every seconde or some thing like that.

或者vb.net中是否还有其他计时器

Or if there are other kind of timers in vb.net

Set the interval to 1000.
