I've taken over the admin of a classifieds site on SP2013.  This has been built in a standard list.  I've already set up some basic CSS for all the images to have max dimensions, however when users complete the form to add their items for sale, I'd like to be able to set a default "No image available" picture if users do not upload a photo for their item.
