I found that price gab between VM under DevTest Lab and General Azure VM like below.

For example, the  F4s_v2 VM (Windows 10), korea central DC.

In Devtest Lab, the monthly price is ₩160,654 (Korean won).

But in azure calculator, the price is ₩308,693.93.

The best way to calculate price is going to be by using our Azure price calculator, as this has the most up to date pricing information available.  Azure Lab Services can be found under Developer Tools, and VMs can be found under Compute.
