Not really sure if this is a msft issue, or I am just missing something, but every single time I go to that stop inheriting permissions button at the top of the page, and I click it, it says, you are now no longer inheriting permissions from this library. The thing is, right after I choose which groups to delete and click the delete groups button, the page always comes back with the old, this library is inhering permissions from the site. So my issue is that I can't set up custom permissions on my libraries..
