To send/receive updates on any pages added to a SharePoint 2013 on-premise Wiki site, go to the Pages library under Site Contents, click the Library tab at the top left and then click the 'Alert Me' option in the middle of the ribbon, then select 'Set Alerts on this library' and then choose what alerts you/your users would like to receive. For example, under 'Change Type' you could select the 'New items are added' option and the 'Send a weekly summary' option under 'When to Send Alerts'.
