               I have a requirement to send Notification about the VM resizing recommendations to Subscription Owner which is not Possible with Cloudyn Portal. 

             我可以通过Azure门户中的Azure建议窗口发送警报.

               Can I send alerts through Azure recommendation windows in Azure portal.

Anytime you resize a virtual machine an Administrative event in the Activity Log is generated.

The event is called "Create or Updated Virtual Machine"

If you go to your VM and select Alerts, you can setup alerts for this event

We do not have a specific event for resizing alone. So some other events will also get rolled into this activity log alert.

Another way to setup the alert would be to resize the VM, then go to the Activity Log, Select the resize event and Create Activity Log Alert
