When I try to sign in I get the two step verification screen, and click Sign in options. When I click Call my Phone or SMS my phone, nothing is received on my phone. I have tried adding a second number, that doesn't ring either. I have tried with another user, they don't receive their texts either. 

How can I debug why Microsoft calls and text are not coming through?
