Hello Everyone,

First time post on the forums for me and I'm excited to see where this all could go. :-)

A couple of colleagues and I at work want to tackle the enormous effort of attempting to create a framework that our future projects could be based off of.  The idea is to have this framework specific to the needs of our company, but something cohesive enough that we have a firm foundation to build off in upcoming projects  (we're also using it as an excuse to learn the new .NET framework technologies floating about right now, as well as a nice resume padder :-P).

We are aware that there are many consideration to take into account when attempting a project with this much inherit complexity but since were still in the very early stages of planning how were going to approach this, the reason for this post is to ask you all if there are any resources you could recommend for us?  I guess were looking for any online resources, books, videos, whatever that could begin to point us in the right direction for beginning a project like this properly.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated and thank you all in advance!
