大家好...我刚刚从VS2005跳到VS2008.我转换了一个VS2005asp.net网站，结果看起来很顺利.直到我运行的网站是....无法开始监视c:\ ... \ MyWebSite \ global.asax".该项目甚至没有global.asax文件！

在阅读了一些搜索之后，我授予了对NETWORK和NETWORK SERVICE网站根目录的完全访问权限-没什么区别...

任何人知道这里发生了什么吗?

Hi All...  I just made the jump from VS2005 to VS2008.  I converted a VS2005 asp.net web site with seemingly uneventful results.  Until I run the web site that is...  It's erroring out with " Failed to start monitoring to c:\...\MyWebSite\global.asax".  This project doesnt even have a global.asax file!

After reading some searches, I granted full access to the web site's root folder for NETWORK and NETWORK SERVICE - no difference...

Anyone know what's going on here?

This error usually indicates some sort of permission problems.

Did you try solutions in the following KB articles: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q316721 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317955. 

If you're running under Vista, you could try to Run VS as administrator? Right click on VS shortcut and select "Run as administrator".

Also, I recommend checking ASP.NET official forum at http://forums.asp.net and posting your question there. E.g. http://forums.asp.net/p/116114/116114.aspx#116114.
