Hello everyone, I am not sure that this is posted in the right place, but if not can someone please direct me in the right direction?

I am writing a program in C# using Visual Studio 2005 and the .net CF 3.5.

When I attempt to debug I receive this error.

error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'SqlClient' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Data' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

When I go to my references, I have included the DLL for System.Data from the smart devices selection, however if I right click on the system.data reference and go to view in object viewer I am able to see that SqlClient is contained in the namespace System.Data, but not in the one titled System.Data (Compact Framework).

I have attempted everything I could think of, I have reinstalled, reinstalled the .net CF Redistributible and the .net framework 3.5 but I still recieve this error.

I am using Windows CE as my target platform and the Smart Device settings.

Any help is appreciated,

Being there was not a forum related to the .net CF I posted this here, again, please do not move this to off topic posts, but to the proper forum for .net Compact Framework Questions which you don't seem to have......
