Hey,

I've been pulling out my hair recently with all of the problems I've been having with paper sizes in Crystal Reports XI for VB6.  We distribute our applications to hundreds of clients and each of them have different hardware.  Previously, we had been using Crystal 8.5, and everything had been working fine, but after we switched, we've had all kinds of printer issues.  We set the No Printer option, and still we seem to be getting some weird issues when we pull the paper size from the printer.  We suspect that there is some weird caching going on where Crystal pulls in the wrong paper size and keeps using it, but we're not sure.

Does anyone know a lot about how Crystal printing works or have any links to good articles about it?
