I have a task list that I use for basic KPIs by Region. Some task have to do with different regions so I enabled the possibility to choose different regions but I would like to split this data.

I will explain myself with an example. Usually my data looks like this:

Task 1 -> Region 1 or
任务2-> 1区
Task 2 -> Region 1

but now I can have data like this
