I'm getting this down--I've figured out how to centralize all the 3rd party libs into a shared docs project within my repo to support adding and standardizing where the libs sit.  My new problem is that I'd like for my team build task to drop out a smart device cab installer after it's compiled the app.  Any ideas?  I'm running TFS 08
