I'm pretty new to sharepoint, so I really appreciate all the help I can get.

I am creating a new list in 2013. When creating a new item in the list, I'd only like 6 fields to place info in (mostly just choice and number fields), but then I'd like the list to display more fields that can be edited by a moderator after the item is created.
