Im new to Azure cloud , can you please assist to get AD Migration guide,  willing to learn and practice Migration. Found many blogs but complete and accurate , to the point steps are not available.

The reason there is no singular guide is because different environments will require different infrastructure depending on the type of authentication you want to put in place for users (federated vs. Pass-Through, etc). 

The full Microsoft Azure AD guide is a good place to start:

If you are solely interested in syncing users and want the most minimal setup possible, you will need an Azure subscription and a Windows server domain controller and can follow the instructions in the pluralsight guide. 

If you want a more in-depth setup for a lab environment, I would recommend using pass-through authentication. For this you will need an Azure AD tenant, a purchased verified domain (linked to your tenant), an on-premises Active Directory on your domain controller machine, and a Sync VM for installing Azure AD Connect. (See the AD Connect prerequisites guide.)
