I have a custom list that includes the following columns: Action, Month-Year and Count where Action is a text field, Month-year like "Sep-2017" and Count is the count of the action in this specific month.

Now, I'm trying to show this on a chart webpart where I need to show the statistics for the current month only. I could do this manually by setting Y-axis as the count and X-axis as the action and then I filter data manually by setting the "Month-Year" in the filter section to be "Sep-2017" for example so I get the records for Sep and the chart is OK.

There is no Option to filter Chart Web Part automatically, it is By Default.
