Hopefully I'm understanding the question correctly.  "availabilityResults" are generated by web tests and "pageViews" are generated by trackPageView(), usually from browser pages.

Looking at your data (which is consistent with the data we see on the demo), web tests (availabilityResults) tend to have less duration than the browser pages (pageViews).
