One of the service account is an Author of an item in the search result.
Is there a way to remove/not to display my Service Accounts on the Search Refinement?

As we known, the refiner values are not static, they will be pulled out by the current search results.

Refiners are connected with displayed results. This is because refiner is a concatenation of "Search Query" AND "Refiner value".

So there is no ootb method to not display the Service Accounts on the Search Refinement.
