I have a multiple selection box in my form. In addition to having a few values that I've supplied, I've configured the properties this way:

When I go to the form in Sharepoint, I see the values I've supplied and a checkbox with a blank field next to it. I can enter a value there, but I don't understand:

Multi-Valued fields are the worst thing you could ever do in SharePoint. Do not use them.

Create a child list, which will allow the user to enter as many values as you wish.
