I'm creating my first ml project in Azure and cannot create a blank Python 3 notebook.

I logged in the first time, it setup a workspace, created the storage account and a web service plan.

I want to create a Jupyter notebook and it fails.  I tried to attach a screenshot, but it wouldn't allow me. Here is the error:

I resynced the keys.  I've even generated new keys so they didn't have a '/' as I read that might be a problem.  I resynced again.

I've cleared cache and done a hard reload.  I've tried in Edge vs. my preferred Chrome.

With a different account it 'just works'.

Are you able to access azure storage account directly using the regenerated access keys through azure storage explorer?
