Please I am having issues setting the following parameters to make use of the barracuda engine,

character-set-client-handshake = FALSE

character-set-server = utf8mb4
collation-server = utf8mb4_unicode_ci

I was able to set the character-ser-server to 'UTF8MB4' from the server parameters page but I can't find where to set the collation server as it is currently set to 'utf8mb4_general_ci".

I also can't find where to set the character-set-client-handshake parameter

在MySQL的Azure数据库和mariadb的Azure数据库上，我都有相同的问题

I have the same issue both on Azure database for mysql and Azure database for mariadb
