As the title states, I'd like to add a submit button to new item (which would save the item & kick off the workflow).  The business requirement is to keep the save functionality (save but not start a workflow) & add a save & submit (that would save & kick off the workflow).  Any ideas?  Code changes to NewForm.aspx welcomed...
