I have come across what seems to be a very unique and rare issue for one of my customers.

When a single, specific user (out of 700+, who do not cause any problem) logs in to any site collection bar the my site(s), the content database locks effectively causing a total crash of SharePoint.

The problem doesn't appear to be specific to trying to open a specific page, as it occurs when accessing any page of any site collection.

Does anybody have any pointers of what could cause this or pointers for troubleshooting?

I have tried removing and readding the user to the site collection, user profile, and temporarily giving the user full control permissions - but with no luck.

Please verify if this account has correct permission in SQL Server:

转到"SQL Server Management Studio"->安全性"节点->登录"节点，检查该帐户是否作为SQL登录名列出.

Go to SQL Server Management Studio->Security node->Logins node, check if the account listed as a SQL login.

If the account is there, then open the database node, open the Security->Roles node->Database Roles node->double click the "db_owner" table, check if the account as a member of this role.
