How I can send a message from an outside agent for example from a local device to an IoT Edge and receiving that message in a module.

CustomLocalAgent ->  IoT Edge -> Iot Edge Module -> 

Some tutorial about this? I understand that Iot Edge Module can produce and send messages locally to the Iot Edge Hub and connect to certains queues but I am not see for example if I can expose a local port to receive for example logs or systemlogs (in linux this is a simple TCP connection) from other servers process and send to the cloud with a previous analysis.
