Hello all, I am trying to read custom logs with the extension .err from Windows 10 1607 device. I have followed the instructions given here.

I have also verified that the monitoring agent is running. I can query other event logs from the device. I have waited over the weekend and yet no logs. I get "No results found" message. What could be the issue? And what else can I do to troubleshoot?
