Is there the ability in Azure to restrict Upgrade Domains to affect only a single Fault Domain at once (i.e. only take down one fault domain at a time during an upgrade)
With sufficiently high number of machines in a single fault domain, I would believe it should definitely be plausible to only upgrade in a single fault domain (should not affect speed of upgrade).
