Is there an event generated when you plug in or remove screens/monitors.  I know you can keep checking but wondered whether there was an event generated.?

解决方案

AFAIK not really: a screen is handled in a long way, VB is only accessing the Video adapter and that is even over the South Bridge. 

Not that it helps you much, but before you get no answer and you assume it is easy.
