I am using the very same code right there in the example of the link above. but it has a "Within time" and i assume it makes a search per the time span given. is there any other way just to trigger when a process is started or termininated or is there a way to use the same thing in here and remove the timespan.

actually what i want to do is prevent some applications(EXEs) from opening and its better if i dont have to terminate them ( because terminating an opened application by force could harm the application). so its not good for me to use this time span thing.
