I am new with crystal reports in c# and want to make a report such that if we want any new eport or to edit any old report, it can be done while it is running rather than opening full code and do the required thing..

you create a Crystal Report (.rpt file) where you define the values that it is going to take...you then tie it to some sort of data source like a database (Access, SQL Server, etc.) and when the data changes, running the report will show these changes. You need to use some other functionality to edit the data as crystal reports are only for reporting and not for editing the data. On the other hand..you can provide grouping clauses in report to view data differently..
